Affiliate terms

These terms apply if you join the AccaAgent affiliate programme. They sit alongside our terms of use and privacy policy. By applying you accept version 1.1; we record the version and when you accepted it.

Who can join

• You must be 18 or over, live in the UK, and have an AccaAgent account. One affiliate account per person.
• We review every application and can decline any without giving a detailed reason. We check the channels you tell us about before approving.

What you earn

• You earn £5.00 per paying customer for each new customer who registers through your link or types your code at sign-up, makes their first payment within 90 days of registering, and pays a second time. It's a one-off commission per customer; later renewals don't earn more.
• A discount on the customer's payment doesn't reduce a flat commission. A free first month doesn't count as a payment: the first real payment does. If we agree a different rate with you, it applies to customers who first pay after it's set.
• Accounts that existed before your link was opened, and customers who have paid us before, don't count.

Attribution

• Your link records a click when it's opened. If the visitor agrees to marketing cookies we remember it for 30 days; otherwise it counts if they sign up in the same visit.
• The last affiliate link clicked before registration wins. A code typed at sign-up beats any link.
• A referral is fixed when the customer registers and only we can change it.
• A new customer counts for one affiliate or one friend referral, never both. If they sign up with an affiliate's link or code, the affiliate is credited and any friend's invite doesn't count.

The hold, voids and clawbacks

• Each commission is held for 30 days from the customer's first payment. It becomes payable once the hold is over and the customer's second payment has gone through.
• If the customer cancels before their second payment, or their second payment hasn't gone through by day 45 after their first, the commission is cancelled.
• A full refund, chargeback, fraud or breach of these terms before a commission is paid out cancels it. A partial refund reduces it in proportion.
• If a payment you've already been paid for is later refunded or charged back, we take the amount off your next payout.

Payouts

• We pay every Monday by UK bank transfer, in pounds, once your payable balance is £25.00 or more. Smaller balances roll over.
• Your first payout, and the next payout after you change bank details, are checked by us before they're sent.
• Each payout comes with a statement listing every commission and adjustment.
• Commission excludes VAT. If you're VAT-registered, tell us your VAT number and we'll add VAT on top; any self-billing arrangement needs a separate signed agreement.
• Commission is your income. You're responsible for your own tax and National Insurance.

Promotion rules

Treat every post as an AccaAgent advert. Gambling advertising rules apply to it, and breaking them can cost you your commission.

• Label every post as an ad up front (for example "#ad"), with 18+ and a safer-gambling line such as "18+ · Please gamble responsibly · National Gambling Helpline 0808 8020 133".
• No guaranteed wins, steady profit, "second income" or investment language, and no big-win screenshots presented as typical.
• Only quote results from AccaAgent's own published, verifiable record.
• Nothing likely to appeal strongly to under-18s, including star footballers shown next to odds, and no one under 25 playing a significant role in a post.
• No paid ads without our written approval, no bidding on AccaAgent brand terms, and never pose as AccaAgent.

Breaches and ending the arrangement

• We spot-check posts. If you break these terms we can suspend your account and cancel your pending commissions.
• You can close your affiliate account at any time from Affiliate settings. Your payable balance is paid in the next run, even if it's under the minimum, and pending commissions are paid once they clear.
• We can change the rate or these terms, or close the programme, with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes don't affect commission you've already earned.

Your data

We store your bank details encrypted and only ever show the last 4 digits. You'll only ever see your referred customers as anonymous IDs, never names or emails. See our privacy policy for details.
