These terms apply when you use Acca Agent. Acca Agent is operated by Take a Touch Limited, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Who can use Acca Agent

You must be 18 or over and legally allowed to bet where you live. One account per person. Keep your login details safe, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

What Acca Agent is, and isn't

• We are not a bookmaker. We never take bets or hold your money. Any bet you place is with your own bookmaker, under their terms.
• It is information, not advice. Chances, picks and tips are estimates from a statistical model. They are not guarantees, and they are not financial or betting advice.
• Odds change. Prices shown may be out of date by the time you see them. Always check the price with your bookmaker before you bet.
• You decide. Every bet is your decision and your responsibility. Only bet what you can afford to lose.

Safer gambling

If gambling stops being fun, stop. You can take a break from your account settings at any time, which hides picks and stops betting emails until the break ends. Free, confidential help is available 24/7 from the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 (England and Scotland) or 0808 2819 265 (Wales), and from GamCare. To block gambling sites, register with GAMSTOP. We may suspend an account if we have concerns about harmful gambling.

Free trial and Pro subscription

• New accounts get a free 7-day trial of Pro. No card is needed, and nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe.
• Pro costs £4.99 a month, including VAT where it applies, and is paid through Stripe. It renews every month until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account. You keep Pro until the end of the month you have paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Because Pro gives you immediate access to digital content, you agree that it starts straight away and that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once it does. This doesn't affect your other legal rights, including if the service is faulty.
• If we change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies, so you can cancel first if you prefer.

Fair use

Please don't copy, scrape, resell or share Acca Agent's picks or data, share your account, try to break or overload the service, or reverse engineer it. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Our content

Acca Agent, including its picks, models, design and software, belongs to us or our licensors. Football data is supplied by third parties under licence. You may use Acca Agent for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Availability

We work hard to keep Acca Agent running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, error free, or that data from our providers will always be complete or on time. We may change or improve features over time.

Our liability

We are not responsible for any bets you place or any money you lose betting, including bets based on our picks, tips or prices. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel and close your account.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. Questions or complaints? Email [EMAIL].
